Greenbuild 2010, held in Chicago this past November, featured over 100 exhibitors—all showcasing the latest and greatest in green product and service innovation.
For the sixth year in a row, Price was there to connect with architects, engineers and builders interested in green construction, and show off our green product offerings.

I hope that everyone was able to find some time to remember during Remembrance Day yesterday. Having the day off yesterday has thrown me for a bit of a loop – today feels like Monday, except it’s Friday tomorrow. I guess that’s not a bad thing!
Right now there are many Price employees at the Greenbuild Conference and Expo in Phoenix, Arizona. We have a booth (see photo below!) that we hope conveys Price’s respect for the environment. Sustainable solutions for saving energy are not only good for the planet, but have financial savings benefits as well. Many buildings are now striving to become LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified. For more info on the LEED program, check out the US Green Buildings Council website here: http://www.usgbc.org/DisplayPage.aspx?CategoryID=19
Of course, Al Gore is this year’s keynote speaker at the event. Here’s hoping that the green energy that comes from that conference can be passed on to everyone who was unable to attend!
